Nova is a dual-channel leg-and-hip form made of soft TPE (not silicone), with a built-in posable skeleton that bends and holds a set pose. Choose the size that suits how you’ll use it and how much storage space you have; the size is the overall length of the form.

Care
After every use:
- Rinse inside and out with clean, lukewarm water at 30–40 °C (86–104 °F). Don’t use hot water, and avoid over-stretching.
- Clean gently with a dedicated toy cleaner, then rinse. Never use alcohol, disinfectant or oil-based solvents.
- Blot dry, then let it air-dry completely in a cool, shaded place. Dust lightly with body powder to keep the surface silky.
Use only water-based lubricants: oil-based products damage TPE. Store it flat in a cool, dry place, away from heat, direct sun and heavy pressure. More in our guides: How to clean and dry your companion and Storing your companion safely.
Shipping & returns
- Ships in plain, unmarked packaging. The sender name is “VC Shipping” and your card statement shows “VC STORE”.
- Ships to the contiguous US and DC, except Alabama and Mississippi. Duties and taxes are included (DDP).
- Order processing begins within 24 hours, and orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after dispatch (by air, Delivered Duty Paid), about 8–23 business days in total. From mid-November to February, holiday and Spring Festival peaks can slow international shipping. If we can’t ship on time, we’ll tell you and offer a full refund.
- Free shipping on orders of $49 or more; otherwise a flat $7.95.
- Final sale: no returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive the wrong item, something is missing, or an item has a quality defect or transit damage, report it within 72 hours of delivery with either a continuous unboxing video (sealed → unbroken open → contents/damage) or clear photos that show the sealed/as-received package, the open package, and the defect/shortage/damage (claims missing both usable video and usable photos, or outside 72 hours, cannot be accepted). Once we approve your report, we will reship the correct item, the missing item or a replacement at no cost to you within 14 days of approval. If we can’t reship (for example, the item is out of stock), we will give you a full refund, including any shipping you paid. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is offered.
