Discreet shipping, in one sentence
Discreet shipping for an adult companion doll means the package and the payment line do not advertise what is inside: a plain unmarked box, sender name “VC Shipping,” and card statement “VC STORE”—not a guarantee of total invisibility to every person in your life.

What “discreet” does mean
On Virtua Companion orders, discreet shipping includes:
- A plain box with no logo, pictures, or product names on the outside.
- A shipping label that does not describe the adult product inside.
- Sender name on the label: VC Shipping.
- Name on your card statement: VC STORE.
That is the practical meaning of “plain packaging and discreet billing” on our homepage and product pages. Neighbors see a normal carton. Your bank app shows a short neutral merchant name—not “sex doll” or a product SKU in big letters.
What “discreet” does not mean
Discreet is not a magic cloak.
- Someone who opens your mail or lives with you may still see a box arrive. Weight and size are real (a torso with legs can be heavy—check the product page).
- Workplace or shared-card policies are yours to manage; we cannot rewrite your bank’s notification rules beyond the merchant descriptor we control.
- Customs and carriers still move the parcel under normal freight rules. Duties and import fees on our U.S. launch orders are already included (delivered duty paid)—you should not be asked to pay the carrier on delivery.
If you need absolute secrecy from every household member, pause and decide whether a home delivery is the right channel for you. Honesty beats marketing.
Where we ship (launch)
At launch we ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., except Alabama and Mississippi (state law restricts sale of adult products like ours there). We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. boxes, or outside the United States. Details and updates: Shipping.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: begins within 24 hours; orders ship within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery after dispatch: typically 7–20 business days by air (DDP). Orders ship directly from China.
- Total: about 8–23 business days from order to door (carrier estimates).
- Peaks: mid-November through February (holiday and Spring Festival) can slow international shipping.
- Tracking: emailed when the order ships.
If we cannot dispatch on time, we email you before that window with a new estimate; you may wait or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping cost (so there is no surprise fee)
- Orders $49 or more: free discreet, insured shipping to eligible contiguous U.S. addresses.
- Under $49: flat $7.95.
- Duties/import fees: included in our prices (DDP).
- Any applicable U.S. sales tax shows at checkout before you pay.

Does discreet shipping hide the product name on the box?
Yes for Virtua Companion: the outer box is plain—no logo, pictures, or product names—and the label does not describe the adult contents. Sender shows as VC Shipping.
What will my card statement say?
For Virtua Companion orders, the neutral merchant name on the card statement is VC STORE. That is discreet billing, not a fake transaction.
Can my neighbor tell it is an adult companion doll?
They will usually see a normal plain carton. They will not see product photos or adult wording on the outside. They may notice weight or size for larger forms. Discreet packaging reduces advertising; it does not erase physics.
Do you ship to Alabama or Mississippi?
No. State law there restricts sale of adult products like ours. Those addresses cannot be selected at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Orders of $49 or more get free discreet insured shipping to eligible contiguous U.S. addresses. Under $49, shipping is a flat $7.95. Duties are included (DDP); sales tax (if any) appears at checkout.
